I was wondering if you would ever consider buying homemade gift in a jar. Also would you ever purchase an ebook or cookbook of gift in a jar recipes? Please let me know what you think. I am trying to find a way to make some extra money on the side. Thanks for reading my post.

I don't want to hurt your feelings, but that idea has been done for sooo long. I rarely even see them at Farmers Markets anymore I will add you to my friends list and then I can pm you a link to a company that is making good money for me. It probably would be less than investing in jars and ingredients.

I think that is a great idea, go for it. I think most people would do it. You won't know if you don't try.

I very much doubt if I would consider purchasing such a gift, but this does not really reflect on whether the product is marketable or not. There are a vast amount of items that I would never consider buying, yet they are still popular. The only realistic way to find out would be to attempt to sell such items, you can never be certain by enlisting the opinions of a selection of people.

I think homemade pickles and jams make wonderful gifts. I have purchased them and also made them myself.

I have bought cookie mixes in jars for a friend of mine who loves to bake. She absolutely loves them!

I would purchase it, why not? It is an old idea, but bringing it back may wake up new interests!
