The referrals you have given out will only earn for you if those people sign up and begin posting - you make 25% on what they post, so if they don't post you don't get paid. Also, you only get earnings every 24 hours from mylot and the amount you get depends on the quality of the posts you have made - one sentence answers, yes or no answers, etc won't get as much as a well thought out answer that is several lines long and adds something to a discussion.
