am looking for a large ground handling company based in a large municipal airport provides aircraft dispatch, baggage handling, passenger handling, and aircraft cleaning services to airlines operating in the airport. the handling company employs 1500 employees on site. design an organizational strucutre which you think will be the most suitable one for the company.
