To assist bloom

I have potted rose plants. they have not been bloominmg well oflate. Can anyone suggest me some manure or method, I should adopt to have a rich bloom.

Even though I don't have many roses in my garden, I know I've been told to use bone meal. Also what do you mean by potted, are they outside or indoor as the mini roses. I find from experience that roses are meant to be outside. They need some dormant period.

How long have they been in the pots? You might have to do some root pruning and replace the soil with new. Potted plants require more maintenance than plants in the ground.
