Avoid Accidents

Well the rules I generally follow are: 1) Always drive with the headlights on, even during the day, as it helps you to be seen better. 2)Keep a minimum of a 2 second following distance from the car in front of you. Pick a mark in front of you and count :one thousand one-one thousand two and if your front bumper crosses that mark any sooner, you need to back off and give yourself some more distance. 3)Always use your turn signals. You shouldn't even have to think about this. I recommend using them anytime you are going to turn or change lanes. Don't get lazy and say " oh there's no traffic". If you do it all the time, it just gets to be habit. 4)Always watch the car in front of you and look for cars entering and leaving the roadway and expect them to do the absolute dumbest thing possible. That is pretty much what has kept me accident free now for over two hundred thousand miles.

well i have been driving a long time now and thank god never had a wreck all i can say is watch out fot the other person.
