Is Use of Force Yielding Desired Results In Iraq?

Iraq is in turmoil and Bush Administration is adamant to its stand that they could bring everything under control by using force and coersion there.The People of Iraq are having almost a daily blood bath.What do you say? Is use of force yielding results as expected by President Bush and his aides?
