Me, MyLot and my Headache

I've been here at MyLot for almost a month, I admit I like this site very much. I am also addicted to responding in the discussions, however I noticed that I'm always having a headache this past few days. Is this the effect of too much staying online. We're here, not just typing but we are also using our brain to think of something to answer to the post so I think it adds to the headache. Do you experience the same thing?

I am so sorry to hear about your headaches :/ I've spent most of my free time online for years, except in the summers when I am away from home a lot longer per day. So far it has never given me headaches. But I do get really dry eyes and eye problems if I don't turn my screen down some. You might try turning the brightness down on your monitor to as low as you can stand it and see if that helps your headaches to go away. I have no idea if it would help, but it definitely helps my eyes! ^_^

Yes, I can get the headaches too. It can be poor lighting, eye strain, needing glasses, but not using our brains dear.

I did at first, but then I started pacing myself. I try not to set on the puter for more than an hour at a time. This seems to have got ridden of all my head aches. I think setting, staring at the screen and yes even all this thinking was causing it. So maybe you will want to plan breaks every so often.

Yeah, in past days, I feel very bad in mylot, just like you, headache. But I don't think the reason is spend more time online, I headache for those low quality post and stupid question, it make me tired and feel bad. When you feel tired, you will experience headache because you spend more time online. If all the post are intersting or thoughtful, I will not experience this kind of headache.
