How do you buy your veggies? By the size? Is it by the color? Please be aware that there are reports of veggies that are being cloned (which we do not really know that they are really safe), veggies that has too much chemicals that artificially maintains its freshness (and its scary), veggies that are full of insecticide and pesticide 'showered' chemicals, am i right? want a safe way to get the most probable and safest way to buy your veggies? here's a tip: Buy veggies that have some (or little) insect bites... why? insect bites on veggies tells that the vegetable has no chemicals on it... just clean and cut out the part where there has been an insect bite before you cook it! Have a pleasant veggie eating to you guys! ^_^

Thing is now days insecticides sometimes don't even have a effect on insects so you can't always go by the veggies that have a bug bite out of them. Now days it's really hard to tell what is good or not good. chemicals or no chemicals. I choose not to live in fear and just buy.

The insect bites still the most safe sign that a veggie has not or at minimum chemical range effect... Just buy ei??? thats not a 'practical' way to be healthy don't you think? if we only 'just' buy, it just means to say your just risking your health to it, don't you think? Well, as for me, even though there are risk, i have some alternative solutions to it... the natural way... would you like to hear about it?
