DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHAT TO DO?

I am glad I was discriminated against because that gave me the incentive to quit and start my own home business. I have been working in my own work from home office and love it. I have more flexibility in my time and don't have to feel stupid for getting paid less for not having a college or university degree. The thing that ticked me off the most was that I knew more than most about what we did but that didn't matter I still got less respect and was paid less. Hooray for working at home and being my own boss.

Do you have a human resources department in your company? That is who you would need and should talk to if you feel that you are being discriminated against. If you say something to the HR person, the boss or manager would be in violation of laws if they retaliated against you for reporting the situation.
