getting paid on mylots

I am new here and can't find out how you make money...or, more specifically, how much money do you get for what? like, is it 4 cents per response or what? i think this is a great thing to have and would love to make a little money. I am sure i won't make a fortune, but was wondering what i can expect...thanks :)

its $0.02 per post. uploading pictures is not recommended. get referrals to earn more.
