I just got my goat's milk creme base from this lady on ebay! It already has the preservatives in it, so I don't have to refrigerate it, and its consistency is nice and light. I think the first hing I will try is just making a hand creme with a couple of essential oils that I use when I get ready for "heavy" readings. Then I think I will try using some, without adding anything, on my face after I do my weekly glycolic acid facial to see how my skin responds....woo hoo! My other lttle mad scientist project will start sometime in the next 3 weeks, I hope...have to see what cash flowis like. I found this site that sells kits for making your own mineral make-up like that Bare whatever-its-called make up they sell on QVC and blending for my own shades should have better results than buying "off the rack"! The kit is less expensive than buying the finished product and looks like it might be just the ticket for my aging yet sensitive skin. Is anyone else delving in to making their own cosmetics or toiletries?
