Is there a new computer virus?

It all depends on where you are going. You can pick up all sorts of things at some sites. What anti virus do you have. Mine is Avast and it is always on duty and it updates on its own and regularly. Every so often I just run it for a full scan and the last time there was nothing to find. Thanks goodness for our anti-virus.

I have not heard of this latest virus as of yet but am sure that I will. I am on vacation from work this week but my coworker called and said our IT guy was at our office making upgrades and changes to our antivirus software so that tells me something might be happening. Viruses can come out at anytime for any reason. Glad to hear that your program caught your virus for you. I had one the other day that my computer caught as well but do not remember the name of the virus. It was a trojan virus though.

That happened to me too. And thanks to my husband for truning on the virus scan for me because I would never catch it if I ever get one. I am not sure if there is a new computer virus out there. I just hope that it won't affect my computer, that is all.

If the warning message keeps coming back it means that the virus is still on your system, first clear your internet temporary files then open your anti-virus, do an online update then run a full scan on your computer, if the warning appears again you may need to get a better anti-virus program .. ya ther is a new virus for microsoft windows that name is W32.*. its really a harmfull for your computer becouse it directly attack on your windows and its programmes you will secure your pc with the help of firewall.

I got a virus a few months back ok 2 virus my anti virus quarantined them but couldn't delete them. I had to go in manually and delete them myself. :( I hate it when that happens.
