males and females have their own fields of work and they shd not intermingle each others work especially if it is entirely a feminine work. Some males do have the habit of intruding into all the matters as they think they are more efficient than their counterpart and probably they can handle it better, but let me tell it is not so and it is better if they apply their brains in their own specialities.
