Shopping Online..Do You Feel Safe Doing It?

Do you feel safe shopping online? If so,how often do you shop online? Would you rather shop online or go out of your home to a mall to shop? If you shop online, do you always shop with the same online store or do you surf the internet? If you surf the internet, what makes you look at the items? While surfing the internet, what makes you stop to look pull up that online business store on the internet? What makes you feel safe placing an order from an online company?

Yes I shop online and feel pretty safe doing it. I use the same credit card and I also have my credit on watch. So if a purchase is over a certain amount I am contacted first (with a phone number I provided) and to authorize the transaction. Plus I constantly monitor my credit card statements. Also, I only order from main companies just in case.

I shop online a lot. Mainly for things that deal with my hobby or books. It's actually safer shopping online than off. Offline the cashier after you leave. How? By getting it off the carbon paper they throw in the trash. Anyways, I use my debit card to shop online so I know it will be monitored closely. And if by chance someone does get my account number I let the bank handle it.
