Everytime my son and daughter go visit their daddy they come back with lice. Well I called the doctor and asked for some medicine to be called since the over the counter stuff isn't cutting it. This medicine is more then I can afford so I asked their father if he would pay for it. All he said is don't you get paid at your job? He doesn't pay for anything when it comes to these kids and I just don't know what to do anymore. I am so frustrated right now. Any suggestions.

i take you are seperated from the kids daddy} i would not let him have the kids anymore an if take you to court an then you can tell the judge your story about the lice.the daddy need to clean his place up.before i let them go back an see him.

Yes we are no longer together. He says that they have treated over there, and that I must be the problem. Well I found out when I asked if they bagged up all the stuffed animals that he didn't know that you were suppose to do that. I showed him some literature on it so now he know. Thanks for your help

Take him back to court and tell the judge his got lice and your kids are getting them over and over maybe the judge will make him clean up , plus tell the judge you don't want your children going there till he does.

If you can prvoe the lice is comiung from the father house, I would go to court immediately and get his right to see the children suspemded until he gets rids of the lice. While you are there you should also get a child support agreement laid out, if you have one and he doesn't pay, turn him in for non-payment.
