Foghorn Leghorn

Oh my gosh. For some reason, my mother loves Foghorn Leghorn's catchphrase. She'll say some strange thing and then follow it up by saying, "It's a joke, son". LOL. She doesn't do it that often, but she's done it often enough that you bringing the character up made me think of it immediately. He really was never my favorite character in the Looney Tunes family, but I liked him ^_^ My favorite will always be Pepe La Pew! LoL ^_^

I loved foghorn when I was a kid, his theatrics around the barnyard were hilarious, I have not seen that show in a long time.

Oh my, Leapin Lizards my son, I didn't think anyone else would ever remember that cartoon. What a classic, what happened to all the good cartoons?

He is one of my favorites only after the Tasmanian Devil. Foghorn with his boisterous ways was fun to watch when he dealt with the other cartoon characters. His hens were so cute. They named him appropriately. Strutting about and doing his thing was soo like a real rooster.

I say, I say, I say me too!!! I loved the ones with the little bookworm chick that followed him around... "I say, I say go away boy, ya bother me!" LOL

I remember Foghorn, that's a real blast from the past and I like that cartoon too, LOL. There are a lot of cartoons that are so cute from way back when but now the cartoons aren't so cute anymore. To be a kid again ....

I don't know who that is? Who is it? When did it play? My favorite cartoon was Archie and Jughead.

I loved Foghorn too. It was one of my all time favorites. I loved it when the hen was in love with him and followed him, trying to get him to notice her. I can see him in my mind strutting around the hen yard. What a great memory! I miss those good old cartoons.

To be honest, I never heard of this cartoon before. It must be long ago before my time. But, I will look for it and see it. I like cartoons of all kind and I don't mind watching it anytime.

Now that's really odd .. I was looking for something on the internet only this morning and came across the Chicken Licken books .. I really loved that book when I was little .. and that got me to thinking about all the kiddies books I used to have and the comics and the TV characters ..
