Tuberculosis during pregnancy

I have a friend who is under medication right now coz she has TB. She been under medication for 3 mos already. The problem is she might be pregnant. I suggested she goes to a doctor to inquire about her case but she does not seem to find time for it. Has anyone of you had an experience like this. How critical is her pregancy if the doctor says she still need to take antibiotics for her TB.
