Muscles Shaking After Exercise

The last couple of days when I get done working out my arms are shaking so bad. My husband says this is a good thing. I'm worried I am pushing myself too hard. Who is right?

You are probably doing too much too fast. Its not really a good thing because youare most likely going to be sore. Now if you are really shaking and its causing you trouble, you should stop. If its just a little bit of shaking after your lifts or excercises, and it just feels a little shaky afterwards, then you're ok.

Muscle tissue needs time to repair. I would alternate days of cardio and lifting.

i think it is better if you talk about your concern to a fitness expert. he can help you about it. when i used to work out i did not have shaking days. don't wash your arms and hands just after working out. atleast have it rested for atleast more than 30 minutes.
