i have a wife currently at home but not satisfy with her; do i have to marry another one?

No. You should first try to communicate with your wife and work on your current marriage. If you are still unhappy after trying to work things out with her, then get a divorce before you get married again. If you don't know why your current wife makes you unhappy, then you may have the same problem in your next marriage as well.
