pho is a vietmanese noodle dish that can be served with chicken or beef. i prefer the beef pho called pho bo. it is commonly garnished with a squeeze of lime and bean sprouts. i like to add hoisin sauce and dip the beef in it. this can be found in any vietmanese noodle house and prices vary from $5-10, depending on the size you wish to purchase.
