entertainer's critics shoul go to jail?

a friend from korea told me that korean authorities are planning to criminalized those who would severely critized entertainers online. news had it that one famous singer had committed suicide because of too much criticism against her online. apparently "netizen" ( a group of people online who likes to comment though a certain website ) had been calling her names and leaving malicious comments about her her case is one of many cases of entertainer's tragic end because of extreme criticism. not long ago one comedian died in traffic accident not long after netizen had posted messages saying they want him dead. authorities said that critics had gone too far and immediate action should be made to avoid like cases in the future. what do you think?
