Fried Chicken

I have a problem eating chicken off of the bone, but southern fried chicken just doesn't taste the same when you use the boneless chicken breasts. I have a hard time with the bone in chicken, because when you bite into it the juices that come out remind me of from natural juices that come from a live chicken. And I never really have cared for undercooked meat of any type. The boneless while juicy still doesn't taste the same. Or maybe it is just me, not being able to cook like my mom. Does anyone know how to get all the juices out of the bone-in chicken and not leave it dried out and gross?
