What kinds of books do you like? What's your favourite and why?

I like most sort of books but my all time favourites would have to be mystery novels, with nature/travel being my second favourites. I do read a lot and in fact get through several books a week.

i like nearly any sort of book. favorites: poetry, fantasy, sci-fi, historical fiction

I love classics, poetry, and some mystery the most, but I can find something to like in almost everything I read, whether I like the writing in general or not. I especially love plays.

I'm not a big book fan, but my husband and oldest daughter are. They love sci-fi books especially. And my daughter has a fascination for fantasy.

My favorite books are things I can learn and study from... Railroads, Religion, Animals, Culture, People, Crafts, Wildlife... Because Knowledge I find enhances my quality to life. - DNatureofDTrain
