hey friends i need your help

please people help me out i am overweight and ijust love food i want to skip my breakfast but cannot do it please help me what should i do?please help me

don't skip your breakfast! it's the most important meal of the day. rather than skipping meals, try eating less every meal instead. it's healthier that way, and it lowers your chances of overeating the next meal because you're just so hungry. there's nothing wrong with being a food lover, so please do continue to eat what you normally do although you should consider eating in smaller portions instead. for example, take out a small amount of food on a plate and move to somewhere much further to eat it. that way, there is a lower tendency for you to overeat and you'll be able to control the amount of food that you consume better. of course, you would have to exercise too because you need your output to be greater than your input in order to lose weight. try some light exercises first, just to make sure that you're sweating it out before moving on to more rigourous exercises. find an exercise partner! that will give you to motivation to carry on:) you can also try weight-bearing exercise so that you start building lean muscle, which actually can help you to burn off more fats even when you're resting. i hope that i could be of some help to you!:)

Try eating 6 small meals a day. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so make sure you eat.

after i had children, i needed to loose a little weight. something i found very helpful was cutting back on eating so many carbs a day. eat you three meals a day. just not so many, or even none at all when it comes to carbs. if you gotta snake then make it healthy foods, like carrots, celery, apples. good luck and take care
