Have You ever had a Quesadilla?I love chicken quesadillas.All there is to it is flour tortillas, cooked seasoned and shredded chicken,cheese,and salsa.I have a quesadilla maker but You dont really need one a pan will do the job.Just put one tortilla down put some cheese on it then put on the chicken then salsa if You want it then more cheese then another tortilla.Brown each side and Your good to go.I like to put a Mexican salad on mine also and more salsa on top.MMMMM!
