Oh, it'll stain your clothes, so get out your aprons. It is wonderful! A deep orange color, solid till heated this lovely oil is highly nutritious too! it is extracted from the oily palm fruit, and is used a lot in Asia as well as Africa. I read that European manufacturers are using it now too, I wonder have you ever used it? If you have what do you think of it..It has aobut 50% saturated fat, mostly palmitic acid...
