Is Vista worth upgrading !!

i heard vista doesnt allow to use pirated stuff is it true !!

There can be no such operating system which can stop the use of pirated software completely. Moreover, do not upgrade to it now as it is bound to contain many errors and bugs which shall be dealt with over a period of time even after the beta period.
