to start trading in options

i am a beginner in the trading of options,i am trying to use options xpress to start my virtual trading but when i am in, i jist got lost because there are so much buttons which i need to click and which i didnt learn in the seminar that i attended because the seminars just taught me the technical issue in the trading of options

I would do a course by someone who is successful in opitions trading.
