Is beaurocracy going too far?

I read yesterday of a little dog being classed as a dangerous dog, on deaths row... A car damaged and abandoned during the storms last week, having a parking ticket put on it... We can't voice an opinion without some-one saying we are racist, ageist, sexist... If you dare to cuddle, shout at, smack your children,or take a photo of them while they are in a swimming costume...you are gradually becoming more frightened to do or say anything every day...
