I've been watching the news and seeing what was going on with James Brown remains,First off this man died almost a month ago.. Do you know they still have not buried this man due to all the issues with the x-wife and the will...They now have moved his body to a undisclosed location from his home in Atlanta Ga.
Tomi Rae is wife was not in his will, nor was their child James Brown Jr. She has to prove that they were legally and validly married.
My thoughts thinking back when my great-grandparents passed away and how all the family was over just arguing over who gets what. It amazes me how some people are so saddened by a person death, but as soon as everything over with it's onto the will or let's see what I can have.
Just with James Brown, This man can't even have a decent burial because everyone else trying to put claims on who going to do what, who got what, or who not on it and feel they should be etc...
Some people are really selfish and don't think about the fact of a love one being gone, Or would they want it to be this way...I've seen family and friends fall out and don't speak because of something like this...Please share your thoughts this James Brown saga. Has this happened when in your family after someone passed away...

Oh my goodness.. i had no idea that his body had not even been allowed to be buried yet! That is absolutely sad. I can't believe that his family's greediness (well, members of his family, anyway) is causing his body not to be laid to rest. That is just really disheartening news. i would hate to think of this happening to someone I love, or to myself. Not that it would, because my family are not rich and I don't expect to become rich myself, either. But I still would not wish this kind of a fate on anyone. I can't believe how selfish his family are being.

I have never had that happen in my family. Thank god. But why do they have to put a hold on his burial just because of the will? It's not like he can speak or anything. They should just give him a proper burial and then worry about the will.

Because of the wife, she says she should have something to do with the brurial. Plus the will so it's going through legal
