I hope that we can discuss some free & easy way to weight loss. The body fat and obesity is rising at an alarming rate... One of the method i suggest is DONT eat supper. that was based on my personal experience. All is invited to join!

For those of you, who want to surprise your friends and family by slimming down in a short time, here are some tips to accelerate your weight-loss. The Dos Consume at least 1,200 calories a day. Otherwise, your body gets into a starvation mode, which will slow down your metabolism. Consume small, frequent, well-balanced meals throughout the day. It can help you to avoid hunger and fatigue by keeping your blood sugar stable. If you skip meals for more than a few hours, your body shifts into starvation mode. Boost your metabolism: * Drink green tea. It has compounds that can increase your body’s metabolism by up to four percent per day. * Exercise beyond your comfort zone. When it comes to working out, nothing is more important than intensity. It is essential to push your muscles beyond what they are used to. * Consume healthy omega-three fats to increase the metabolism. These are found in cold water fish (salmon, tuna, trout), flax seed and walnuts. The Don’ts Don’t avoid strength training. Many women avoid strength training because they’re afraid it will bulk them up. However, weight training is actually very important to achieve a fit body. With aerobics you can trim body fat, but only strength training can help you develop muscle tone. Don’t go on a severe calorie-restricted, limited nutrition diet. It’s very unhealthy and you are likely to regain any weight that you happen to lose. What you eat also fuels exercise performance and promotes the development of lean muscle tissue. Don’t stop diet and exercise abruptly. Many people just use dieting and fitness as a way to get in shape for special events like wedding or New Year parties and then stop it suddenly. Your exercise regimen and healthy diet should be part of your lifestyle, not just a temporary fix.

1. Drink water Water is quite possibly the single most important catalyst in losing weight and keeping it off longer term. Water acts as an appetite suppressant by keeping your stomach full and fending off dehydration which can lead to false cravings/hunger. Water also helps your body metabolize stored fat by helping the kidneys flush out waste. When you don't drink enough water the liver which works to provide stored fat for energy helps the kidneys eliminate waste and becomes less effective at metabolizing fat. Drinking water ice cold burns about 62 calories a day. Your body has to work to raise that waters temperature to your body's temperature. This equals around 430 calories per week. 2. Eat regularly This means eating 5 times a day and the most important meal is breakfast. Make sure you fuel your body first thing in the morning to avoid hunger pangs later in the day. When you eat 5 times a day you will never feel hungry, make sure the total calories consumed are sensible and don't over eat in any of the meals learn portion size control! 3. Eat lots of fibre Eating adequate fiber foods to help keep things moving through your bowel. And like water, fiber rich foods bulk you up and make you feel fuller for longer. Fibre is found only in plant foods our bodies cant digest it to so it simply goes through the body. A diet containing good carbohydrates such fruits and vegetables, wholegrains and moderate in fat and calories, will result in weight loss Good carbohydrates will also help you combat hunger pangs as they are slowly realized into the body. When eating carbohydrates eat them "from the earth" with no refining or processing. These include whole grains, vegetables; fruits and beans. You picked up such an important discussion and I am surprised that since 3 weeks no one has responed to you. The same is with me, no body is looking into my discussions, anyway... Yes sure we must try to find out some free and easy why to loose weight. Also I agree about not taking supper, or atleast to take last meal by 6 pm, after that nothing till morning, this will really help. Also one can count how much calories he needs and try to eat even a bit less than that, I think that will help.If twice a week one can fast only on fruits and juices, it will be excellent, but looks like people are not interested in your free advice.
