How do you prefer your eggs?

Eggs done in so many ways - soft boiled, hard fried, over easy, scrambled, hard boiled and more!

My personal preference is scrambled, with milk in the mixture to keep them fluffy. I don't mind a hard fried egg once in a while but it's not my favorite. Hard boiled is good too. Other than that, just don't really care for them any other way. How 'bout u? How do you prefer your eggs cooked?

I prefer to cook my eggs depending on what mood I'm in. Sometimes I like them scrambled with cheese. Other times I like them hard boiled and make it into an egg salad. But for a quick cooking I make them sunny side up.

I am positively an egg freak! I try to eat eggs every day! Mmm, great protein. I even like eggbeaters. The best way is over medium, so you don't get the gooey stuff, but the yolk is still liquidy. Next way is scrambled, then omelette, Denny's veggie one is great, and so is IHOP's Big Bacon Omelette. Next way is egg salad, boiled egg, poached egg, pickled egg, even egg drop soup! There isn't really a way that I don't like them, I guess, unless they have that clear white goo in them!

I usually say I'm not a big egg fan but I guess if I think about it that's not really true. I love deviled eggs, scrambled, omelettes and I forgot all about egg salad!!!!

I am not a cook, but there is one thing I love to eat and will take the time and trouble to prepare and that is an omelette! That's the best and my favourite way to cook eggs, 3 eggs, cheese, onion and ham, makes a great omelette.

I can never get my omelette's to turn over to make it an omelette! What's your secret? I've watched the pros, can't do it. Mine end up always scrambled eggs with omelette fillings! LOL Tastes the same but not folded over like a true omelette.

I love my eggs just like this!! Super buttery toast too, and then I poke the yolk, let it run all over the plate, then clean it up with the toast. I still get in trouble when we go to breakfast at my grandma's, she insists I am playing with my food, even now at my age. Thankfully, my son doesnt like his eggs this way, so I dont get blamed for him playing with HIS food too!

I like deviled eggs the best. Fried eggs are good too as long as they aren't runny.

It depends on my mood. . Sunny side-up that's what i like most. Scrambled eggs with tomato and hard-boiled egg are my other choices too. :]

I prefer it cooked sunny-side up. I cook it in a bit of oil and on high heat. This would easily crisp the edge and once it's browned the way I want it, I don't wait for the yolk to cook all the way through and just sprikle a bit of salt and pepper. Sometimes, I just sprinkle salt and dried thyme or basil leaves. And then I gorge on it. Yum. Yum. Yum.
