hi john. i gamble quite alot and i think as long as you can afford to lose the money you are gambling with there really isn,t a problem. it can be great fun if you win a few quid as well. i usually bet on the football, horseracing and am getting into the online poker as well. as long as you can stay in contol of your finances eg. if you lose £20 and can only afford to lose £20, don't go withdrawing another £20 to try and get your money back! good luck on whatever it is you gamble on!
