Mommycrat I retail for a couple different companies so I mostly get them myself.

Do you wash them yourself? or have a service? I wish I could put my kids in cloth, but with a family of 7 people, I am already at maximum laundering. I would only be able to do it if I could have a service, but I can't seem to find one where I live.

I wash them myself. I wash diapers about every other day. Honestly the diaper load is only about 1/4 of what I can fit in my washer. I have a front loader and I can fit a whole laundry basket full of laundry in 1 load.

I wash one load of diapers about every 3 or 4 days. I looked into a service, but we're using cloth mostly for economic reasons, so it wasn't helpful to us.

I prefer washing my own anyways...lol. I just can't bring myself to trust someone else to wash diapers that will be on my little one's behind!!!

VERY NICE start!! I would highly recommend getting a wool cover or two. Maybe one soaker and at least one longies. Wool is awesome(!!) and will stop any leak. Plus, it does not have to be washed with each diaper change. I'm glad to hear that your CDing. Welcome to the club! When you get to the larger sizes, look me up. I have lots that are almost brand new and sitting her collecting dust. (my dd ended up being allergic to certain kinds of fabrics used in CD's.)

I had started out cd'ing, then kind of went on vacation from it while I figured out which cds I liked best. We started out with AIOs and I HATED them!!! I have a friend working on me a wool cover so I'm excited to experiment with that! I'll keep that in mind about the larger sizes!!!!!

Too funny! We started out with AIO's as well, and *initially* I liked them, then after the first two weeks, I hated them!!
