Nervous about getting pregnant

I just had tubal reversal two months ago. I would like to hear from people that have gone through it. How long did it take to get pregnant? How many were actually succesful. I have read everything and my doctor is very imformative. I guess I am kinda of looking for some it actually happened for me. So if you could share your experiences it would be greatly appreciated.
