Hey what happens when you have a check that is more than 90days old? You know how it says VOID AFTER 90 DAYS. Should cash it normally and hope the bank people dont see it? And if they do what would be the process to be able to get my mulah!

If you have seen that it says void after 90 days then I do not think you can do anything about it if the bank does not cash it. That is why they put that on there. It is your responsibility to cash your check. I cash mine right when I get it. Why don't you? I wish you luck with cashing your check!

Yeah I do cash mine right away as well but I had changed jobs and didnt even know I have received these checks. I was never notified or anything. The only reason I even found out about them was because I went back to see if I could pick up my W2 form for taxes

I think you have to contact your job and have them cancel the check you have and then write you a new one! I am not 100% sure, but I think that is what you have to do. Good luck
