Why do people drink and drive?Have you ever?

Have you ever drank then drove?I dont drive, but even if i did i dont think i will ever understand why someone would.Drinking and driving is not only dangerous to your self and everyone in the vehicle,But then you have offically risked every other person's life.I lost a very good friend to a young drunk driver.He was 18 and going twice the spped limmit.I am very against it.I have even ended frienships over dirnking and driving.All of my firneds know how i feel on the matter and they are smart and wont drink and drive.HAve you ever drank and drove?If so...why?Would you ever?

I think most people do not plan on drinking and driving, they start out having a good time and they dont have a good plan in place when they do, and your judgement goes down when you drink, so you take chances and thats when people get in trouble, best thing is not to drive to your fav. bar or pub, take a cab to and back.
