The Annoyance Of Weak Ankels...

For as long I can remember I have had a problem with weak ankels. I have tried just about every type of tennis shoe, high top shoe, boots, and athletic you can imagine and still I find that my ankels try to give out on me. And it scares me cause I injured myself yesterday while walking down my porch steps and my ankel gave out. I have been to many doctors over the years and they have pretty much told me the same thing, find more supportive shoes. Hmph! some help they were. Would it be wise to see if an ACE Bandage will help with the problem I am having with my ankels?
