Stay at home parents

Do you ever feel like your isolated? I am a stay at home mom and I love the freedom and time I am able to spend with my kids but my husband works alot and most of the time I'm here alone with my kids for the most part its ok but a 4 y/o and a 1 y/o are much for conversation. I dont have a car to be able to get out and go places and its winter so I dont get out much period. Does anyone else feel the way I do and how do you overcome it?
