The oils making cleaning so fun. So far I have a few recipes. Vinegar and water with essential oil to kill odors-great for stinky shoes (use peppermint)! Just put it in a sprayer Vodka and essential oil to disenfect (Euctlyptus for cold and flu season as decongestant and kill the germs!)spray around the house Olive oil with orange oil to polish wood Castro oil on soar muscles with a warm pack on it-draws out lactic acid Tea Tree Oil for acne and all skin problems Peppermint drops in shampoo-feels refreshing Add Tea Tree to anything and it's just awesome to help clean and help the body-can add to shampoo, toothpaste, dishsoap or anything-nice clean scent Lavendar oil with a carrier oil (Almond or grapeseed are nice) to help calm children for bedtime, relaxing. Chamomile and Rose oil is good too, but expensive. Lemongrass is good for headaches. So that's what I have so far, add your tips if you have any.

I have also heard that lavendar oil is good for headaches, applied to the temples. In fact, I own a bottle of it for that very reason! These tips are great. I'm going to have to get some peppermint oil for my shoes!

Lavendar is great at relaxing-so yes it would work for headaches. I love the lavendar when getting the family ready for bed. The peppermint foot spray works great on my husbands stinky work boots. Good luck, and keep your essential oils out of light. Keep them in a box or in a cool cabinet away from other remedies.

Thank you for these, they are fantastic and will be helpful to a lot of members I am certain. I am always looking for new treatments, or should I say the things that our grandmothers used when they didn't have all the prepared things available. Give me the good old days any time. Thanks. :)
