How to attach photo?

How to attach photo while posting discussion, i just joined two days earlier this topic im repeating b`coz anybody told me u have to make 500 points then only u can attach photo so please tell me what is points also and i can increase my earnings by attaching photo or not.

When you start a discussion and attach a relevant photo, you get extra earnings for it, and then when you reach 500 you can attach photos to other questions being asked and earn even more money.
