What have you done this week to say "Thanks" to your parents?

If you have parents who toil each day to provide for, instruct and love you - why not stop everything and do something for them?
To make them honored, I just hug them for no apparent reason and a word or note of thanks for years of effort..

My parents are both 88 yrs old and I hug them and tell them I love them every time I see them which is most days of the week . They both have Alzheimers and still live in their own home so I am there to take them for their groceries and other days weather permiting we go for a drive , take care of your parents if you still have them , they are really precious. xx

Everyday I hug my parents and tell them I love them. I call or text everyday if i'm away from home. I hang out with them if their feeling lonely or down and help out with chores around the house.
