responding to comments

When I started using myLot, I responded to comments and I didn't earn points at all. I posted three before and I got nothing. And old myLot users are suggesting that we must respond to discussions rather than in comments.

I have been on this site for about 3 months and I love it here. I have learned to make my comments count. I try to post at least 4 or more lines... and aim for more sometimes. :)
I always respond to the discussion, and not many comments. :)

Don't confuse the number in brackets after your name, with the amount you earn. They are completely separate.
When you add comments to responses in discussions, the number after your name will not change - but your earnings will increase.
I suppose it depends on which is more important to you.
