If you are referring to mylot, they pay via paypal. They pay once a month on or around the 15th and that's only if you make the minimum payout or whichever amount you choose.
As far as a bank account, I believe you need one for paypal, but you should check with paypal for that info.

We don't have paypal. I sign for e gold account...how it is goes?

Mylot also pay via e-gold which when getting an account one does not needed a bank account unlike for paypal which one must provide a bank accoun or credit card number for some thing like ones account ot be verified. greetings. : )

If you mean how can you get your earnings here, it is easy. Mylot will send it to your account, either a paypal or e-gold account that you have provided them. That is of course if you manage to reach the minimum payout which is ten dollars before or on the end of each month. It will be forwarded to your said account on or before the 15th of the following month. Good luck. greetings. : )
