Maybe they also dream of images. Coz even if you're born blind you still have a preception of how something would look like based on how the feel, taste, smell and sound.

In our dreams it is not the physical eyes that is seeing or doing the job but the part of the brain which inteprets those images that is being filtered by the physical eyes. greetings. : )

I don't think one needs eyes to dreams.

If you mean to dream literaly then they should go to sleep to dream. Either one is blind or not, when one is asleep they still see their dreams since it is not the physical eye sight which is working but the part of the brain responsible for dreams. greetings. : )

I have often wondered this myself ..ppeople who have sight can presumably recreate shapes and images in their dreams using the data they have stored from seeing things during their waking hours .. But if you have a sight impairment you wouldn't have those images to make up a dream with .. I suppose if you had no sight you could make a dream of sounds .. you would have lots of sounds stored away and you could recreate a dream of sounds ...
