In my country there's no single dish which is famous... U ll find a particular famous dish for each state... like for Pune in Maharashtra, India.... the famous dish amongst we Muslims is Dalcha whcih is a non-veg dish made up of Beef or Meat, its the tastiest thing on this earth for me..... Its real yummy and specially when it is prepared for some marriage ceremony..... I love it

In our country, the most famous dish is adobo, it could be chicken or pork. My wife cooks a mean adobo. I even saw martha stewart cooked adobo in her show. With adobo you will need garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, pepper and a little sugar. No particular ingredient dominates the dish all of the flavor has to be well blended. You can serve it dry or with sauce and it's got a really long shelf life because of the vinegar, you can take it on your picnics or even on your long plane trip.

Well, I think the most popular is hot dogs and hamburgers. And they are easy to fix bake, grill, broil, fry, and all you and all you need is the ground beef to make patties, package hot dogs and something to cook them on or a fire. And hte trimmings and buns. Fast easy convienant thats why it is so popular.

in the uk we have several popular dishes, Fish and Chips. Pie and mash. On my travels all over the uk, there was a period where I was living in edinburgh, and I tried Haggis and Tatties ( Thats mash for everyone wondering wtf is tatties ) and boy was that gorgeous. The only thing that did put me off fried food though is Deep fried mars bar, which is just a mars bar, covered in batter and deep fried. YUCK!!!!!!!!!!

In India every state has a popular dish. For Example in Mumbai it is a vada pav, In the south it is Idly Vada or Dosa, In punjab it is Sarso da saag and Makke ki Roti. My personal favorite is Pav Bhaji and Paneer or cottage cheese. If you r in India your visit is incomplete if you have not tasted Paneer butter masala with Indian Breads
