How would you revise the income tax laws?

How would you revise the income tax laws? Given the chance to do so, how would do it? greetings. : )

First of all I would abolish the IRS a we know it..I would replace it with a National Sales Tax. 1 or 2cents on the dollar which everyone will pay. If you are extremely rich and buy yachts and mansions. You will pay more obviously. It's a fairer way, no deductions, no cheating, everyone pays what they can afford.

I do not think that I would want to revise the income tax laws. I think that they are fine the way they are and if you do your taxes every year, and do everything by the book, you shouldn't get in trouble with the IRS.
