I love laughing very much and it makes me feel very happy. This is scientifically also proved that when we laugh 11 facial muscles get activated and the face also looks better and there will be glow in the face. I really like to enjoy each and every moment of life because the life which god has given us is very small and i live each n every moment happily and make others people around you make feel happy by your gracious presence...Thats what i follow and implement in my life.

once in a day i think i lough from heart countless because laugh not make a man happy but also best for haelth too.
