do you know which country in europe has the cheapest universities?

We don't pay a thing really. It costs about 40 pounds a semester, and I think it's in the same in Finland, Denmark, Sweden and Iceland as in Norway. Of course, it will depend a lot on where you are from whether you will be allowed to study and whether you can afford to live here (I'm afraid it's quite expensive). I think that there's quite a few other European countries where the tutition fees aren't much more than that, or less.
