That's really good question. Right now I am in the office only. As I am posting response right now, you must be thinking that I am not giving attention to my work. I work in international ITES industry and I will have to be online all the time. However, I do agree with you that, there are many people who just finds new excuses everytime to avoid the extra work. I want to share here is, if anyone is doing such things, its really bad. You are dishonest with yourself only by doing such things. If you want to grow in any company, you will have to grow first. You need to pay attention and work hard to grow as an individual and with company too. I never mix up my personal and professional things together. When I am at work, I just do work. But yes there are some time when I get free time, so I do my work on internet. My managers know about this. So, I am not doing any illegal things. Respect your job.
